Global Future Champions is coming!
Release date: 26/08/2020
We are really looking forward to welcoming all participants and their entourage at Tops International Arena for the Global Future Champions from August 28th to 30th 2020. The provisional timetable is available here.
As you know, the current pandemic is obliging every one of us to follow strict rules in order to all stay safe and healthy and limit the spread of the CoVid-19. Please note that the Organising Committee will take all necessary measures if the rules are not respected. You can find again the rules on our website here.
ALL PERSON ENTERING THE SHOWGROUND MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE
Each rider will be allowed to have two (2) accompanying parties, with access to the stables. If you have booked a VIP table, for any question, please contact Susanne Scheepers.
THE COVID-19 SELF-ATTESTATION FORM MUST BE FULFILLED
AND SIGNED EACH DAY FOR ACCESS TO THE SHOWGROUND
In addition to the accreditation form, all visitors (including riders, accompanying parties, VIP guests, etc.) must print and bring a completed “CoVid-19 self-attestation form” to enter the showground dated from each day (one per day). This form has been sent to you by email. This will show that you have no CoVid-19 symptoms and can therefore enter the “healthy complex”.
Finally, to avoid any people gathering, please note Tops International Arena will be open 1 hour before the first participant starts and will close 1 hour after the last participant of the day ended his/her course.
HORSES ARRIVAL
The stables will be open from 10:00 AM on Thursday August 27th. The horse inspection is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Please note that NO campers or caravans will be allowed in the truck parking. The Dommelvallei camping (Schafterdijk – Borkel&Schaft) is located 10 minutes walking distance from the show ground.
For any special request, please contact the Stable Manager, Henri Adrien.
We are really excited to host events again in Valkenswaard but we are also trusting you to apply these rules so we can show the equestrian community is strong and disciplined in this crucial period.
If people do not follow the rules, the access to the showground will be forbidden.
