Wilm Vermeir

Wilm is born on July 8th 1979 in a family passionate with horses. He started riding very early with his brother Bert, which won the Individual Bronze medal at Paralympics Games in 2004.

Wilm has always prepared horses for the highest level and amongst them you can find Bentley (Harrie Smolders), Gancia de Muze (Niels Bruynseels), First Class van Eeckelghem (Daniel Deusser), Florette van het Lambroek (Edwina Tops-Alexander and Alberto Zorzi). Iq vh Steent Je, which belongs to him, allowed him to regularly compete at this level. He competed many times under the Belgian colors in Nations Cup and won several 5* classes of which the Derby of Dinard in 2017 and St Moritz Grand Prix in 2017.
