Patrick’s love of horseriding began in childhood, aged just 8. Now a highly accomplished and well-known rider, his profile boasts an impressive record of wins and double clears. Some of his best performances include coming 4th at the Mechelen Grand Prix in 2006 and 4th at the Grand Prix of Coruna in 2008, as well as 3rd in the World Cup in Mechelen in 2009. In 2010 Patrick finished 5th at our very own Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Estoril and Turin.
Patrick’s advice to other riders is: “A lot of work, a lot of patience, and never forget that if you are at the top, you could always go down very quickly – so modesty is very important.” He describes the Global Champions Tour as: “The most difficult and prestigious shows. Top sport and tough competition.”
