Marco took up the sport at age six when his parents encouraged him to ride. An Olympic Individual and Team Bronze medal winner, Marco Kutscher counts his 2005 European Team Gold medal as the most memorable of his career.
His favourite horses have been Montender, Cash and Cornet Obolensky, and the most influential person in his career is Ludger Beerbaum.
Marco describes Global Champions Tour as ‘the best series for our sport.’ He says of show jumping, "Talent alone is not enough. You also have to be lucky to be in the right place at the right time."
