Yazmin has been involved with horses all her life, as her mother enjoyed show-jumping. She started riding at three years old, moving on to competed successfully with 128cm ponies. Aged 12, Yazmin moved on to 138cm ponies where she had her first major success, winning a Gold medal for England as part of the International Pony Team. Yazmin went on to represented Team GB in children on horses European Championships where she won Team Gold and Individual Silver medals.
As a senior rider, Yazmin has spent time training with Michael Whitaker, Ludo Philippaerts and Simon Delestre, and in 2013 she became the youngest rider ever to be selected for a Senior Nations Cup team. Yasmin is looking forward to competing on the Longines Global Champions Tour with Van de Vivaldi and Lowriver Queen. Yazmin's current ambitions are to continue representing her country in Nation Cup team events, compete on the LGCT and to compete at the Olympics. Yasmin is aiming to be within the top ten ranked riders in the world before she is 25.
